Friends of OCAS Mission

The mission of Friends of OCAS is to try our best to find homes or reputable rescues to save our dogs and cats.

We utilize every last resource for every animal to promote compassion towards shelter animals. The mission of the Oconee County Animal Control Department is to assist, protect and educate the public on animal care, welfare issues, and to enforce the Oconee County Animal Control Ordinances.
