Our Return Policy:
For apparel you have 15 days to return an item, it must be returned in the same condition it was received. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied and shipping return fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Apparel purchased/won via an auction is is governed by the auction rules.
Downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Auctions items are returnable or not according to the donationg party and their terms will be stated right in the auctin item description.
Anything else is on an item by item basis and you should email us for information.
